Sign Up Initially, you will register with your primary email address, that is, the main email address you use at home or at the office. |

Your Profile Password will be sent to your primary email account After registering, an email notification will be sent to this address providing you with your assigned password. |

Edit Your Profile After you receive your password, you can then login to your account profile at any time and add or remove email or text messaging accounts, change your password or personal information and designate what type of notification you would like each of your email addresses to receive. |

|
In the event that a system condition alert is issued those accounts designated in your profile will be sent an email notification with the time and details of the alert. |

|
|
The Heads Up website will be constantly updated to reflect the most current conditions. |
Example: 7/13/01 01:34 p.m. Sierra Pacific Power has issued a condition yellow alert.Primary Email Accounts
Notification to your primary email account will include details of the condition alert, the time, date and additional information about what you should do. Additionally, the message will provide you with a link back to our Heads Up site so you can find out more information.
Text messaging Accounts
Because most text messaging accounts have a character limit, the message you will receive will be a short alert notice of the time, date, and type of condition alert.
